📋 Description

• As the Brand and Social Lead at StackBlitz, you will own how Bolt shows up across every social channel, driving presence on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms through strategy, storytelling, and hands-on creative production. This role is critical to closing the gap between the exceptional quality of Bolt’s product and how the world perceives it, directly impacting brand perception and user engagement.
• You will produce launch videos for major product releases by writing scripts, directing screen recordings, editing or managing editors, and delivering narrative-driven content that resonates emotionally rather than just instructing. You’ll build and grow social channels from the ground up, shaping and protecting Bolt’s brand voice across all public-facing content to ensure consistency from tweets to partner co-marketing efforts.
• You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to translate complex technical product launches into compelling content that speaks to developers, product managers, and business leaders. Additionally, you’ll work with external creators, influencers, and partners on co-marketing initiatives and use performance data to inform strategy with a growth mindset focused on meaningful impact, not vanity metrics.
• In this role, you’ll develop a sustainable content engine that compounds over time — building audience, trust, and brand equity week over week — while working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment where shipping weekly iterations is the norm. You’ll have the autonomy to push back, bring bold ideas, and shape how a cutting-edge dev tool is seen and felt by its global audience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building social channels or a content program, preferably in dev tools, SaaS, or tech, with measurable growth or standout content to show for it.
• Strong writing ability across formats — copy, scripts, tweets, long-form — where writing is a core skill you own, not delegate.
• Hands-on video production skills: ability to shoot, edit, or direct polished video content with minimal resources, no full production team required.
• Deep understanding of developer and technical audiences, enabling credible communication and storytelling that resonates with technical communities.
• Ability to think about brand holistically, seeing how social, video, launches, and brand interconnect into a unified narrative.
• Comfort with fast-paced execution, quick turnarounds, and iterating in public rather than perfecting in private.
