📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end content engine for a fast-growing D2C baby subscription brand, from concept to performance analysis, with no hand-holding or micromanagement.
- • Create scroll-stopping short-form video and image content specifically tailored for parents and moms on Instagram, using a real, human, non-AI aesthetic that reflects the brand’s warmth and authenticity.
- • Write compelling, on-brand captions and select thumbnails that drive engagement, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity across all posts.
- • Manage a full social content calendar end-to-end, including scheduling, publishing, and maintaining a steady posting cadence with minimal oversight.
- • Proactively source, recruit, and build long-term relationships with influencers, mom content creators, and UGC contributors to fuel a sustainable pipeline of authentic brand material.
- • Repurpose and organize user-generated and influencer content across Instagram and other channels to maximize reach and reduce content creation friction.
- • Lead Instagram growth through strategic content planning, community engagement, and audience-centric storytelling — not through sales pitches but through genuine connection.
- • Track performance metrics across content, engagement, and follower growth, then iterate quickly based on data to optimize future campaigns.
- • Operate as a fully autonomous one-person content engine, handling strategy, creation, scheduling, influencer coordination, and reporting without a team.
- • Maintain brand consistency and creative direction while adapting messaging to resonate with the US mom/parent audience tone and sensibility.
- • Use video and content creation tools beyond Canva (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) to produce visually polished, professional-grade content.
- • Collaborate asynchronously with US/UK-based teams using tools like Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace to align on priorities and deadlines.
- • Record and submit a video application as a mandatory first step in the hiring process — failure to do so disqualifies the application.
- • Demonstrate prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies, including proficiency in remote collaboration norms and time zone flexibility.
- • Build a content flywheel that continuously generates authentic material from creators, allowing the brand to scale without relying on in-house production alone.
- • Avoid generic or AI-generated content; prioritize raw, relatable, emotionally resonant storytelling that connects with real parents in their daily lives.
- • Translate product benefits into authentic narratives that drive subscription growth, focusing on trust, lifestyle, and emotional value rather than transactional messaging.
