📋 Description

• • The Brand Coordinator Lead at Quartermaster AI owns the execution of the company’s brand across all internal and external surfaces, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed in all brand outputs as part of the Growth team.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning and enforcing brand standards, building and maintaining a centralized brand asset library, designing and producing conference and event collateral, managing company LinkedIn presence, writing and editing recruiting and marketing communications, supporting event readiness, managing design and production of company swag, owning vendor relationships and inventory, and providing rapid design support across teams by translating leadership input into polished, production-ready materials.
• • Quartermaster AI is a company leveraging cutting-edge AI and robotics to make the ocean a safe and sustainably managed resource, with distributed open-ocean systems enabling real-time maritime domain awareness; the Brand Coordinator works closely with leadership, engineering, and People Operations to enforce brand identity across all touchpoints.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in cross-functional brand management, gain experience in scaling brand systems within a growing tech company, master multi-channel asset production from digital to physical swag, and build end-to-end processes for brand consistency that support hiring, investor relations, and public outreach.
