- • As Brand Design Director at Legora, you will lead the visual and experiential identity of a fast-growing AI-native legal tech company trusted by global law firms across 40+ countries, shaping how the brand shows up in the world through strategic, high-impact design that aligns with the company’s mission to redefine legal work.
- • You will hire, mentor, and develop a world-class brand design team, establishing the conditions for designers to produce their best work while setting and evolving Legora’s visual identity, brand system, and design language across all touchpoints—from product pages and pitch decks to events and digital campaigns.
- • You will oversee day-to-day design execution in close collaboration with the Production Manager, ensuring a consistently high creative bar across all brand, product marketing, campaign, and content output, while also sourcing, briefing, and managing external creative partners including agencies, freelancers, and studios.
- • You will partner with the Brand Lead, marketing, product, and design leadership as part of an internal Design Council to ensure brand coherence from first touchpoint through in-product experience, aligning external expression with internal product design.
- • You will stay at the forefront of AI-enabled creativity, exploring and applying emerging tools to unlock new creative capabilities across the organization, and champion craft by knowing when to push for excellence and when to ship impactful work.
- • You will operate in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment, prioritizing ruthlessly to deliver work that matters, and contribute to a culture where design is not just aesthetic but strategic—empowering lawyers to do their best work through technology that truly understands them.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years leading a design team, starting as a hands-on designer and maintaining proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating range in brand systems, digital campaigns, product marketing, content, and experiential design, particularly within B2B, SaaS, or technology contexts.
- • Proven experience sourcing, briefing, and managing external creative partners such as agencies, studios, and freelancers, with ability to set clear creative direction and ensure exceptional output.
- • Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams through hiring, mentoring, and creating structures that enable talent to thrive and produce their best work.
- • Strong point of view on design and brand, with the ability to articulate vision clearly and influence stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership.
- • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with proven ability to prioritize effectively and ship work that drives meaningful impact.
