📋 Description
- • As the first dedicated Brand Designer at Nash Inc., you will craft, shape, and build the visual identity of a platform powering modern commerce for brands like Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and Shopify, defining the brand from near zero as it scales.
- • You will translate brand strategy into a living visual system, design and build marketing sites in Figma and Webflow, bring the brand to life through motion, own visual assets for demand generation, prototype rapidly using AI tools, and ensure every output retains human authenticity and soul.
- • You will join a senior, fast-moving cross-functional team reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, collaborating closely with the CEO, CTO, and product, engineering, and growth leaders in an AI-native environment where taste, craft, and strategic thinking are paramount.
- • You will have the rare opportunity to author a brand from inception, set the craft standard across the company, teach teammates to leverage AI tools without sacrificing quality, and significantly grow your impact and expertise in high-growth B2B brand design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years experience in brand or product design with shipped work demonstrating strong craft across identity, web, motion, and campaign
- • Active, daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, Midjourney, Runway) as a core part of your design workflow
- • Fluent in Figma and Webflow; comfortable in After Effects and Illustrator; systems thinker who can manage brand-wide vision while obsessing over details like kerning
