📋 Description

• As a Brand Design Specialist, you will be part of Illumio's Creative team—a small, highly collaborative group that takes pride in delivering high-quality work across brand, campaigns, and digital experiences.
• You'll contribute to a wide range of brand and marketing initiatives—supporting campaigns, web, social, and internal efforts—while developing your skills across concepting, execution, and production.
• You'll be responsible for supporting the design and production of creative assets across campaigns, digital, web, and social, as well as helping maintain and apply Illumio's brand system across various touchpoints.
• You'll work closely with designers, writers, and cross-functional partners to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly to improve output and craft.
• You'll have opportunities to build a strong, diverse portfolio of real-world work, learn a new platform, and understand the limitations within our brand guidelines.
• You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values craft, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• You'll have exposure to end-to-end creative processes across campaigns and brand initiatives.
• You'll have a mentorship and hands-on guidance from an experienced creative team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience (internship, freelance, or full-time) in design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and attention to detail
• A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a team environment
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
