Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own and evolve Kustomer’s visual identity end-to-end, ensuring every asset—from a single social post to a 50-ft trade-show wall—feels unmistakably “Kustomer.” You’ll refine our brand system, expand our illustration and motion libraries, and codify usage guidelines so the entire company can create on-brand work at speed.
- • Concept and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, social, email, events, print, and video. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into emotionally resonant stories that attract prospects, excite customers, and inspire our internal teams.
- • Design high-impact content for every stage of the funnel: landing pages, pitch decks, case-study PDFs, product-launch microsites, interactive demos, and thought-leadership reports. Your work will directly influence pipeline growth and customer retention.
- • Partner with the Creative Director to translate business objectives into bold creative strategies. You’ll run brainstorms, build storyboards, and pitch concepts to stakeholders ranging from Sales to the C-suite, articulating how design choices ladder up to revenue goals.
- • Collaborate daily with copywriters, marketers, product designers, and motion specialists to maintain a unified brand voice and experience. You’ll give and solicit feedback in Figma, Slack, and critique sessions, raising the bar for craft across the org.
- • Push the boundaries of what B2B design can be. You’ll experiment with new formats—AR filters, generative AI visuals, kinetic typography—and bring emerging trends back to the team, keeping Kustomer ahead of the curve in a crowded SaaS market.
- • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers, providing clear briefs, art direction, and timely feedback to ensure deliverables meet our quality standards and ship on schedule.
- • Champion accessibility and inclusive design in every project, ensuring our visuals resonate with a global, diverse audience and meet WCAG guidelines.
- • Contribute to a culture of mentorship by sharing knowledge in weekly design huddles, running tool workshops, and guiding junior designers or interns when they join the Krew.
- • Maintain meticulous file hygiene—naming conventions, component libraries, version control—so the design system scales gracefully as the company grows.
- • Measure the impact of your work through A/B tests, engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback, iterating quickly to improve performance and storytelling effectiveness.
- • Travel 2–3 times per year for Kamp Kustomer and marquee industry events, where you’ll help design immersive brand experiences that leave attendees raving.
