- • Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials for BJAK’s global audience
- • Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity with clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all digital and marketing touchpoints
- • Collaborate directly with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives measurable results
- • Design for diverse audiences including consumers, business partners, and internal teams, ensuring messaging and visuals align with brand goals
- • Maintain, refine, and enforce BJAK’s brand guidelines and visual standards to ensure uniformity across all platforms and outputs
- • Mentor junior designers by providing creative direction, feedback, and guidance on execution across ongoing and new projects
- • Report directly to the Creative Manager and actively contribute to shaping the overall brand direction and creative strategy
- • Turn complex briefs into clean, engaging, and strategically aligned visual solutions that reflect BJAK’s mission and market position
- • Stay current with digital design trends, motion design techniques, and emerging AI-assisted design tools to enhance creative output
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment where projects move quickly and require adaptability and decisive creative judgment
- • Own projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with brand and business objectives
- • Create visuals that are seen by over 8 million users across Southeast Asia, directly contributing to the company’s mission of digitizing industries and improving efficiency
- • Utilize expertise in layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency to elevate the visual language of BJAK’s platforms and campaigns
- • Contribute to a flat organizational structure where hands-on creative contribution is expected and valued at all levels
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles
- • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence
- • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- • Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- • Experience or interest in AI tools for design ideation and production
- • Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
