- • As a Brand Designer at Cority, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the visual identity of a globally recognized leader in EHS+ software, ensuring brand consistency and impact across all customer-facing and internal touchpoints. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Cority’s market position by translating complex safety, sustainability, and operational excellence concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with enterprise clients and stakeholders worldwide.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to bring brand strategy to life through innovative design solutions that elevate Cority’s presence in a competitive B2B technology landscape.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Develop and execute visual designs for a wide range of marketing materials including digital campaigns, website assets, email templates, social media graphics, trade show booths, whitepapers, case studies, and sales enablement tools, ensuring alignment with Cority’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- • Partner with product and UX teams to refine and evolve the Cority product interface’s visual language, contributing to a cohesive and intuitive user experience that reinforces brand trust and professionalism.
- • Create and maintain brand asset libraries, including icons, illustrations, color palettes, typography systems, and motion guidelines, ensuring scalability and consistency across global teams and regional markets.
- • Support the localization of brand materials for international audiences, adapting designs to meet cultural nuances while preserving core brand integrity in key regions such as EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- • Participate in brand workshops and strategy sessions to help define visual direction for product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and corporate communications, offering creative insights that push the brand forward.
- • Stay current with design trends in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, and visual storytelling, proposing innovative approaches to refresh Cority’s aesthetic while maintaining its reputation for reliability and expertise.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- • 3+ years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Graphic Designer, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or industrial sectors.
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar UI/UX design tools, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, typography, and digital design.
- • Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and composition, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
