- • Lead the end-to-end development of brand identities for high-growth tech startups, including logos, typography, color systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines
- • Design modern, clean websites in Figma that translate brand strategy into compelling digital experiences tailored for startup and tech audiences
- • Create client-facing design assets such as pitch decks, marketing collateral, social graphics, launch materials, and other brand touchpoints
- • Extend brand systems into real-world applications to ensure visual cohesion across digital and physical environments
- • Present and communicate design work directly to clients, guiding non-designers through creative decisions with clarity and confidence
- • Balance multiple design explorations while maintaining high-level craft, precision, and attention to detail
- • Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and product managers to align design outcomes with client business goals
- • Drive and maintain visual consistency across all brand expressions including websites, decks, marketing campaigns, and digital assets
- • Work independently within a fast-paced, small-team environment while actively contributing to collaborative design processes
- • Apply a modern, tech-forward aesthetic rooted in strong fundamentals of typography, layout, and composition
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in brand design (agency or studio preferred)
- • Portfolio showcasing brand identities created from scratch (not just refreshes or marketing visuals)
- • Portfolio demonstrating modern, clean website design built for tech/startup audiences
- • Confidence in presenting work and guiding non-designers through creative decisions
- • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
