• • In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying emerging brand narratives, uncovering critical risks and opportunities hidden within online conversations, and translating these complex findings into polished, marketing and press-ready content. Your day-to-day activities will involve deep dives into the PeakMetrics platform to analyze high-volume online conversations, pinpointing significant trends, potential risks, and crucial inflection points that impact brands. You will be responsible for translating the technical outputs of our advanced machine learning platform into clear, prioritized insights that are easily digestible for non-technical audiences, including journalists, communications leaders, and marketing professionals. A key aspect of your work will be to infuse these insights with real-world context and data-driven evidence to amplify their value and impact. You will also be tasked with producing weekly brand-forward intelligence reports that can be readily adapted into engaging blog posts, informative newsletter content, or compelling press pitches. Furthermore, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our newsletter and blog content, ensuring it is consistently grounded in robust PeakMetrics data. A significant responsibility will be the creation of one in-depth, data-driven report each month, specifically designed to support lead generation efforts and showcase the power of narrative intelligence. In addition to content creation, you will provide crucial support to our press and communications teams by performing data pulls, framing insights effectively, and providing essential background context for media outreach.
• • To excel in this role, you will work directly with data, building, iterating, and refining queries and prompts within the PeakMetrics platform to effectively surface relevant conversations and identify key themes. Your analytical focus will be on dissecting patterns in online discourse, understanding narrative evolution over time, mapping amplification dynamics, and analyzing audience behavior. You will need to be comfortable not only using the PeakMetrics platform but also engaging in hands-on data manipulation and prompt engineering, particularly for AI-assisted workflows, to extract maximum value from the data. A critical part of your contribution will be supporting the company's response to fast-moving brand moments, which may include assisting with rapid-response analysis during significant brand events, spikes in public attention, or potential crises. Your ability to help surface early warning signals and identify narrative risks will be paramount in these high-pressure situations, requiring you to deliver timely, actionable insights under tight deadlines.
