📋 Description

• The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s brand strategy across all markets and channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and driving customer engagement in the competitive iGaming landscape.
• Day to day, the role involves developing and implementing brand strategy, ensuring brand identity consistency across platforms, planning and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with affiliate, CRM, and acquisition teams, conducting market research and competitor analysis, monitoring brand performance metrics, working with design and content teams on marketing assets, overseeing regional brand presence with localization, managing external agency and influencer relationships, and ensuring compliance with iGaming advertising regulations.
• Onhires Inc. operates in the iGaming industry, focusing on digital marketing and player engagement across multiple regions, with a performance-driven culture that values strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• The person in this role can learn advanced brand strategy execution in a fast-paced iGaming environment, develop expertise in cross-functional marketing alignment, gain experience in data-driven brand performance optimization, and strengthen skills in managing international brand localization and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in iGaming, digital marketing, or online entertainment
• Strong understanding of online marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
