- • As a Brand Manager for DEWALT North America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across key consumer and professional segments. This role is essential to maintaining DEWALT’s position as a trusted leader in power tools and outdoor equipment by ensuring consistent, compelling brand experiences.
- • Day to day, you will manage marketing campaigns, develop media plans, support experiential activations, and collaborate with global brand, creative studio, insights, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Channel, Product, and Shopper Marketing) to align messaging and deliver measurable business outcomes across Commercial, Industrial, Farm, Hardware, and Retail channels.
- • You will join SBD, Inc. (Stanley Black & Decker), a global leader in tools and storage with over 43,500 employees and iconic brands including DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY. 🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- • Experience in brand campaign development and execution
- • Experience launching brand marketing campaigns including paid media, content and messaging strategy development, leveraging insights for decision-making, and performance reporting
