- • As a Brand Marketing Manager - Campaigns at Cohere Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the public perception of a leading AI company by developing and executing high-impact paid media campaigns that drive brand awareness across digital and traditional channels. Your work will directly contribute to Cohere’s mission of scaling intelligence to serve humanity by ensuring that developers, enterprises, and tech leaders recognize and trust Cohere as a pioneer in frontier AI models.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of brand campaigns — from strategy and media buying to optimization and reporting — working closely with agency partners, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Cohere’s messaging cuts through the noise in a competitive AI landscape and resonates with target audiences including enterprise decision-makers, developers, and innovation-focused enterprises.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in brand-building within the high-growth AI sector, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge media platforms, AI-enhanced creative tools, and sophisticated measurement frameworks. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how one of the most innovative AI companies communicates its value to the world, while developing strategic leadership skills in campaign management, budget optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive broad brand awareness across digital channels (social media, display, video, search, etc.); out-of-home advertising; audio advertising / podcasts; and more
- • Collaborate with media agency partners to plan, buy, and optimize campaigns that reach target audiences and build Cohere brand recognition
- • Monitor campaign performance each workday, make data-driven optimizations, and report on KPIs including reach, impressions, frequency, brand lift, and engagement
- • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient spending
- • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark performance
- • Prepare regular performance reports for leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations
- • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and goals
- • Work with creative teams to develop and test new messaging variants
- • Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience leading brand marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with proven ability to build platform-specific strategies and drive measurable awareness growth
- • B2B and/or tech industry experience preferred, demonstrating understanding of enterprise audiences and complex sales cycles
- • Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting performance data to inform optimization decisions and track brand lift, engagement, and ROI
- • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, sales, and agency teams
- • Strategic mindset with curiosity about AI and interest in leveraging emerging tools (including AI-powered content creation) to enhance campaign effectiveness
