  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting local brand and media strategy, managing ATL media budgets, executing multi-channel campaigns, coordinating creative production and localization with global teams, defining KPIs and measurement frameworks with BI and Data Science, and managing relationships with media and creative agencies.
  • • Deliveroo Italy marketing team operates within a global tech-driven company transforming food and retail delivery, emphasizing autonomy, ownership, and innovation in a rapidly growing industry.
  • • The role offers opportunity to develop strategic media planning skills, gain end-to-end campaign ownership, deepen expertise in ATL measurement and agency management, and grow as a brand builder in a dynamic, international setting.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–6 years of experience in brand and media roles (agency or in-house)
  • • Good knowledge of the Italian media landscape, including key ATL channels (TV, VOD/BVOD, OOH, Radio) and main agencies and vendors
  • • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns with increasing level of ownership
  • • Solid understanding of campaign measurement and performance analysis; familiarity with brand and ATL measurement methodologies (e.g. TV effectiveness, brand lift, econometrics/MMM) is a strong plus
  • • Highly skilled in English language, both written and spoken, with ability to work in an international environment
  • • Strong strategic and executional mindset, ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver against multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • • Highly proactive and solution-oriented, self-starter attitude, strong sense of ownership, ability to navigate ambiguity and change
  • • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage agency relationships effectively
