  • • As a Brand Partnerships Manager at Kraken, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to accelerate global crypto adoption by managing and growing strategic brand partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
  • • Day to day, you will lead the execution of partnership initiatives across key verticals such as sports, music, fashion, art, and gaming; manage relationships with global brand partners like Atlassian Williams F1; coordinate cross-functional activations; oversee event logistics and content development; and measure and report on partnership impact through data collection and analysis.
  • • You will join Kraken’s Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Brand Partnerships, collaborating closely with Brand, Social, Events, Growth, Creative, Product, and Managed Accounts teams to align partnership efforts with broader business objectives and brand messaging.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in crypto-native brand building, refine your cross-functional leadership and partnership strategy skills, and gain hands-on experience shaping high-impact cultural activations that elevate Kraken’s presence in both traditional and digital asset markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in brand partnerships management, strategy, planning, and execution, preferably within the digital assets or financial services industry
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultural verticals such as sports, music, fashion, art, gaming, or creator economies
  • • Strong knowledge of and passion for the cryptocurrency industry, with the ability to think strategically and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
  • • Willingness and ability to travel 20%+ of the time domestically and internationally to support partnership activations and events
