📋 Description
- • The Brand Specialist (Marketplaces) role at Darkroom Software, Inc. is critical to executing and optimizing go-to-market strategies for brand clients on Amazon, directly impacting revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-driven listing and inventory management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product catalogs via Seller and Vendor Central, optimizing PDPs with A+/EBC content, conducting keyword research and A/B testing, resolving compliance and inventory issues, managing promotions, forecasting stock levels, and delivering performance insights to internal teams.
- • Darkroom is a high-growth, next-generation growth marketing firm powered by its proprietary AI platform Shadow, serving clients across e-commerce, media, and social commerce with a track record of driving billions in attributable revenue and recognized as an Inc. 5000 company.
- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in Amazon marketplace operations, cross-functional collaboration with growth and strategy teams, and gain exposure to advanced analytics and AI-integrated marketing workflows, positioning you as a specialist in modern e-commerce brand management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3+ years in Amazon Brand Management with hands-on experience in Seller Central and Vendor Central
- • Strong knowledge of eCommerce metrics, catalog optimization, SEO, and A+/EBC content
- • Proven experience in inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and promotional setup
- • Skilled in keyword research tools (Helium 10 a plus) and competitor analysis
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving operational and compliance issues
- • Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
