  • • As a Brand Strategy Specialist, Business & Enterprise at Solventum, you will support the application of brand strategy across key businesses, including brand architecture, positioning, naming, value propositions, and go-to-market messaging for products, portfolios, and priority initiatives.
  • • You will serve as a brand partner for digital and software experiences, ensuring alignment between brand standards and product UX, and support brand integration in digital environments.
  • • You will support M&A and divestiture activities by partnering with brand leadership to execute integration tactics, activations, and brand transition activities.
  • • You will provide ongoing brand consultation and guidance to marketing and cross-functional teams to drive consistent and effective brand application across initiatives.
  • • You will support integrated marketing initiatives and partnerships by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed on time, and risks or gaps are proactively identified and addressed.
  • • You will identify opportunities to improve workflows and ways of working, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or creative agency.
  • • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or creative agency.
  • • Strategic thinking: Ability to apply brand strategy across business priorities, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance.
  • • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and navigate competing priorities.
  • • Project & campaign management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and with quality.
  • • Problem-solving & risk management: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, flag risks, and recommend practical solutions.
  • • Digital & UX acumen: Familiarity with digital product environments, UX principles, or design systems, and ability to apply brand within digital experiences.
  • • Workflow optimization & AI: Interest in improving ways of working, including leveraging AI and emerging tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • • Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.

  • • Competitive pay with an expected compensation range of $107,600 - $147,950, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
