- • We're seeking an experienced Broadcasting Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within the broadcasting and news industry.
- • This role includes teaching core broadcasting techniques, on-air presentation, and script writing, as well as helping clients strengthen their news reporting and video editing skills.
- • Coaches also support clients on the career side, offering resume review and interview prep tailored to broadcasting roles, along with guidance on networking strategy and salary negotiation.
- • Additional support includes skill building for on-camera and behind-the-scenes work, as well as guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities in the industry.
- • Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in broadcasting or journalism (as an on-air talent, producer, reporter, or industry professional), a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed on-air and behind the scenes, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
- • Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

- • 3+ years of experience in broadcasting or journalism (as an on-air talent, producer, reporter, or industry professional)
- • Strong understanding of what it takes to succeed on-air and behind the scenes
- • Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
