  • • The Broker Account Manager drives sales and growth of the broker channel for Alignment Healthcare, a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and the chronically ill by putting the senior first in all aspects of care.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include increasing sales through existing broker relationships, building new selling relationships in current and expansion markets, managing provider relationships, assigning agents to Medical Groups/IPAs, overseeing agent training and product education (including webinars and recertification), supporting broker service channels, managing external agent interactions (commissions, enrollment kits, contracting), ensuring CMS compliance, conducting compliance monitoring via secret shopping and ride-alongs, documenting performance and corrective actions, communicating updates to stakeholders, and attending required training.

  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in Medicare sales, broker channel management, CMS regulations, and healthcare sales strategy while building leadership, communication, and analytical skills critical for advancement in healthcare sales and operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of general sales or marketing strategy experience
  • • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or four years of additional experience accepted in lieu)
  • • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • • Must reside in LA County, San Fernando Valley, or Ventura County
  • • Strong knowledge and understanding of CMS Marketing Guidelines
  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to build constructive relationships across diverse groups
