📋 Description
- • Lead the implementation of a budgeting tool to transition the organization from Excel-based templates to a dedicated system, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business needs.
- • Manage end-to-end project execution including requirements gathering, configuration of budgeting models, workflows, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- • Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, support change management through training and documentation, and act as the main liaison between business and technical teams or vendors.
- • Drive process improvement by designing scalable budgeting processes and supporting AI-driven analytics in financial planning, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative financial technology solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading a transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a budgeting system or application
- • Direct experience implementing budgeting or planning tools
- • Experience applying or supporting AI-driven analytics within budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes
- • Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- • Ability to independently manage projects with defined timelines and deliverables
- • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with cross-functional teams in Finance and HR
