📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end discovery, analysis, and delivery of Creatio-based CRM and BPM solutions that directly improve how Kyivstar.Tech serves millions of Ukrainian customers. You will translate complex business pain-points into elegant, low-code workflows that accelerate sales, marketing, and customer-care operations across Kyivstar’s telecom and digital services portfolio.
• • Run interactive workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to front-line agents, distilling their needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• • Model current-state and future-state business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation inside Creatio Studio; identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities, then configure the platform’s no-code tools—business rules, dynamic cases, and low-code scripts—to deliver measurable efficiency gains (e.g., 30 % faster lead-to-cash cycles).
• • Configure and extend Creatio objects, pages, dashboards, and integrations without heavy custom coding: map data models, set up REST/OData connections to legacy billing and provisioning systems, and leverage Creatio Marketplace add-ons to enrich functionality while keeping technical debt low.
• • Drive the full project lifecycle—from initial feasibility studies and high-level estimates through iterative sprints, system testing, UAT, and production rollout—ensuring every release meets non-functional requirements for performance, security, and scalability on Kyivstar’s hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• • Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads that include Creatio developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and DevOps; facilitate backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain agile rhythm and continuous improvement culture.
• • Plan and execute structured UAT sessions with power-users and key business champions, capturing feedback, triaging defects, and coordinating hot-fix deployments; deliver role-based training materials, quick-reference guides, and video tutorials that boost adoption and reduce support tickets.
• • Maintain living documentation in Confluence: requirement specifications, process diagrams, release notes, and knowledge-base articles that empower support teams and future project phases; ensure compliance with ISO 27001 controls and Kyivstar’s internal audit standards.
• • Monitor post-launch KPIs—lead conversion, case-resolution time, NPS—using Creatio’s native analytics and external BI tools (Power BI/Tableau); propose data-driven enhancements and A/B tests that keep the platform aligned with evolving business strategy.
• • Champion a culture of innovation inside Kyivstar.Tech by sharing best practices at internal guilds, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing reusable components to the company’s low-code accelerator library, amplifying impact beyond a single project.
