- • Business Analyst role focused on leading a strategic market entry study for a furnishing solutions provider re-entering the Dubai market, directly advising the CEO and senior advisors on a board-ready go/no-go recommendation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining market entry conditions, conducting secondary research on mid-market gaps between IKEA and luxury tiers, building and pressure-testing financial forecasts and capital requirement models, developing dynamic cash-flow tools for operational use, and synthesizing findings into executive recommendations.
- • The team at Gratia, Inc. partners with independent professionals to support high-impact engagements with global organizations, offering flexibility and access to a network of innovative clients including USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life.
- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in market entry strategy, financial modeling, and C-suite advisory while building a reusable FP&A tool and gaining direct exposure to CEO-level decision-making in a real-world expansion scenario.
🎯 Requirements
- • Background in top-tier management consulting (ex-MBB) or investment banking
- • Proven experience executing market-entry or growth studies and assessing regional market attractiveness
- • Exceptional financial modeling and FP&A capabilities, including building operational finance tools from scratch
- • Strong GCC market experience, specifically within the UAE/Dubai landscape
- • Executive presence with comfort advising and presenting directly to C-suite and board members
- • Sector experience in furnishings, interiors, textiles, or retail (ideal but not required)
