📋 Description

• Lead workshops with client operational stakeholders to map existing supply chain logistics processes, including origin-to-node-to-customer allocation and routing logic, identifying root causes of premium freight leakage and mode-mix misalignment.
• Decompose historical shipment data alongside Supply Chain Subject Matter Experts to formulate specific, testable hypotheses—such as ‘Wrong-node allocation drives 30–40% of premium freight’—that drive AI-assisted simulation development.
• Collaborate with operations teams to define future-state decision logic, including right allocation rules, mode selection criteria, exception thresholds, and escalation gating protocols for the AI decision engine.
• Establish CFO-approved baseline KPIs (e.g., Air Usage %, Transport Mix, Node Dwell Time) in alignment with Finance and Operations teams, and track realized ROI during live pilot experiments.
• Translate complex operational constraints, including MedTech compliance requirements, into clear, structured technical specifications for Data Engineering and Full Stack teams to encode into simulation models.
• Conduct weekly operational reviews during live pilot phases to gather feedback from logistics planners, iteratively refine model outputs, and track reductions in escalations and process deviations.
• Author updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new decision logic, facilitate training sessions for planner and control tower teams, and contribute to the final Value Realization Report documenting operational impact.
• Serve as the critical bridge between client stakeholders and the technical delivery pod, ensuring AI-powered systems are operationally viable, financially sound, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including Supply Chain SMEs, Data Engineers, and Solutions Architects to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of process workflows, decision rules, and technical requirements, ensuring traceability from business pain points to system outputs.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving methodologies in sprint-based environments, using data to validate or refute assumptions and guide iterative improvements to AI models.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence when engaging with executive sponsors (e.g., CFOs, Supply Chain Directors) and frontline operational users (e.g., Logistics Planners) to build trust and drive adoption.
• Maintain fluency in how predictive modeling, data ingestion pipelines, and decision-assist engines function within operational workflows, even without coding expertise.
• Ensure all solutions are designed with sustainability and resilience in mind, aligning with the company’s core belief that optimization reduces resource needs and increases system longevity.
• Actively contribute to a culture of candid feedback, continuous improvement, and selfless collaboration, supporting team growth and organizational evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Operations Consultant, ideally with deep exposure to supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or ERP transformations.
• Proven ability to lead complex process-mapping workshops, extract nuanced business logic from Subject Matter Experts, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to decompose operational data, identify performance drivers, and establish clear, mathematically sound financial baselines and ROI models.
• Experience working in iterative, sprint-based environments where solutions are built through testing and validating specific business hypotheses.
• Exceptional skill in translating operational pain points and constraints into structured technical requirements for engineering teams, as well as writing clear SOPs for end-users.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to comfortably interact with both executive sponsors (e.g., CFOs, Supply Chain Directors) and daily operational users (e.g., Logistics Planners).
• Strong conceptual understanding of how predictive modelling, data ingestion, and decision-assist engines integrate into operational workflows.
