- • Serve as a Business Analyst within the Change team to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and deliverables across the organization.
- • Collaborate directly with the Project & Operations Manager, subject matter experts, and cross-functional internal teams to understand operational challenges and define solutions.
- • Capture, analyse, and document business requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process documentation.
- • Map and document both current-state and future-state workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improved processes.
- • Work closely with external vendors and technology partners to ensure delivered solutions align with defined business requirements and quality standards.
- • Contribute to testing activities, user training programs, and change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- • Track and report on benefits realization post-implementation to measure the impact of changes on business performance.
- • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts of process or system changes, and provide practical recommendations to mitigate them.
- • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
- • Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, workflows, and operational practices.
- • Support the implementation of new technologies and platforms by acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical users.
- • Participate in discovery phases to define scope, objectives, and success criteria for change initiatives.
- • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams for ongoing reference and audit purposes.
- • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of business analysis and change delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in a Business Analyst role with proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements clearly
- • Confidence in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- • Strong process-mapping skills, including documenting current-state and future-state ways of working
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across teams and levels
- • Ability to identify risks, impacts, and dependencies and turn insight into practical recommendations
- • Proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine interest in improving processes and systems
