📋 Description

• • As a Business Analyst at Broadridge Financial Solutions, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that complex challenges are addressed through effective system development, process improvements, and strategic planning.
• • Day to day, you will act as a liaison between Product and technology teams, eliciting and documenting business requirements through workshops and interviews, developing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process models, collaborating with architects and developers to design scalable solutions, conducting gap analyses, supporting development teams with scope clarification and deliverable reviews, partnering with QA on test cases and UAT, facilitating deployment readiness, and monitoring post-implementation performance for continuous improvement.
