• • GTM Engineer / AI Engineer role focused on owning and scaling an AI-powered growth engine, working directly with founders to define growth strategy from first touch to retention.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting and scaling GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product; leading development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel; orchestrating tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system; turning product and user data into actionable growth signals; building intelligent workflows such as lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, and onboarding flows; defining how AI is used across the customer lifecycle; and partnering with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities.
