📋 Description
- • Aligns data, reporting, and technology solutions with Commercial & Consumer Lending business strategy to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve reporting capabilities, drive operational efficiency, and support revenue performance management.
- • Uses knowledge of business processes, data structure, and reporting systems to identify and solve data-driven problems across Commercial & Consumer Lending; develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, designs Power Apps solutions, and develops Salesforce reports and dashboards to support forecasting, funding, and KPI tracking.
- • Partners closely with Revenue Operations and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights across Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Platform environments; works with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, FP&A, Credit, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions.
- • Develops a consistent view of product performance and operational support metrics; gains expertise in financial services lending, revenue operations, and data-driven decision-making while contributing to financial inclusion initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- • Typically 3+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue operations, financial reporting, or related analytical role.
- • Preferred experience includes Salesforce reporting and data structure, Power BI dashboard development and DAX, Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps), and financial services, lending, or revenue performance environments.
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insight, high attention to detail and data integrity, and ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
