- • As a Business Analyst II focused on Integration Quality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for LTSS (Long-Term Services and Supports), you will play a critical role in ensuring that new healthcare systems and integrations meet business needs and function correctly before deployment, directly impacting the quality of care for Centene’s 28 million members.
- • Day to day, you will support business initiatives through data analysis, identify implementation barriers, lead UAT execution, manage defects, and produce readiness reports; you will gather and analyze user requirements, recommend process improvements, and coordinate problem-solving efforts across business units to enhance operational performance.
- • You will join Centene Corporation, a diversified national healthcare organization dedicated to transforming community health through innovative, accessible solutions, where your work in LTSS systems integration supports scalable, reliable care delivery across Medicaid and Medicare markets.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare business analysis, UAT leadership, data validation, and Agile methodologies while gaining hands-on experience with TruCare Classic/TruCare Cloud, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow, positioning you for advancement in healthcare IT and systems integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- • 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- • Experience leading UAT execution, defect management, and readiness reporting
- • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow (preferred)
- • Knowledge of LTSS, TruCare Classic, or TruCare Cloud (strongly desired)
- • Ability to work flexible hours including periodic evening/weekend release work and occasional travel
