📋 Description

• As a Business Analyst on the Revenue Operations team at Juniper Square, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, translating operational friction into clear requirements and scalable solutions. You will partner with teams across RevOps, Marketing Ops, Engineering, Product, and GPX to identify AI and automation opportunities, define requirements, and drive implementation from discovery through post-launch.
• You will understand internal customers' needs and facilitate setting project goals and objectives — acting as a trusted advisor from discovery through launch. You will conduct business discovery sessions with GTM and cross-functional stakeholders to surface pain points and identify automation and AI opportunities, translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements including BRDs and user stories, and facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, refinement, UAT, and enablement.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations, AI-enabled process optimization, and cross-functional project leadership. You will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and modern AI tools while contributing to scalable solutions that impact go-to-market efficiency and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a closely related analytical role, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences, with comfort working alongside GTM systems teams and business leaders in the same conversation.
• Proficiency in creating process flow maps and writing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• AI fluency: concrete, daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) with at least one specific example of business impact.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to query and interpret data, along with advanced Excel and Google Sheets capabilities for data mapping, clean-up, audits, and QA.
• Project management experience: ability to set timelines, report on status, and communicate progress across concurrent workstreams.
