- • As a Business Analyst IV focused on Integration Quality and User Acceptance Testing, you will play a critical role in ensuring that healthcare systems and processes meet business needs and deliver value to Centene’s 28 million members by leading analysis, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will lead user acceptance testing execution, manage defects, conduct readiness reporting, analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, coordinate training programs, and serve as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior analysts while ensuring consistency in quality and execution across teams.
- • You will join Centene Corporation, a diversified national healthcare organization dedicated to transforming community health, where you’ll work remotely with flexibility and contribute to impactful business initiatives across departments.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare integration testing, data validation, and process automation, while building leadership and mentoring skills, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in business applications and departmental policies.
