- • As a Business Analyst IV focused on Integration Quality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for LTSS (Long-Term Services and Supports), you will play a critical role in ensuring that healthcare systems meet business needs and deliver reliable, high-quality experiences for Centene’s 28 million members. Your work directly supports the transformation of community health by validating that integrated systems function correctly before deployment.
- • Day to day, you will lead UAT execution, manage defect tracking and readiness reporting, facilitate cross-functional testing efforts, analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements. You will also mentor junior Business Analysts, develop training materials, and serve as a subject matter expert on LTSS platforms like TruCare Classic and TruCare Cloud.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- • 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or 5+ years of HEDIS analysis
- • Proven experience leading UAT execution, defect management, and readiness reporting
- • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow (preferred)
- • Strong knowledge of LTSS processes and hands-on experience with TruCare Classic or TruCare Cloud (strongly desired)
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
