- • As a Business Analyst IV focused on Integration Quality and User Acceptance Testing, you will play a critical role in ensuring that healthcare systems and processes meet business needs and deliver value to Centene’s 28 million members by leading analysis, testing, and improvement initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will lead user acceptance testing execution, manage defects, coordinate readiness reporting, analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, facilitate training programs, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring consistency in quality and execution across teams.
- • You will join Centene Corporation, a diversified national healthcare organization dedicated to transforming community health, where you’ll work remotely with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend release work and potential travel, contributing to process automation and innovation in utilization management and data integration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare business analysis, UAT leadership, data validation, and process improvement, while gaining influence as a subject matter expert and mentor, shaping best practices and driving continuous improvement in enterprise systems like TruCare Classic and TruCare Cloud.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- • 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, or 5+ years of HEDIS analysis
- • Proven experience leading user acceptance testing (UAT) execution, defect management, and readiness reporting
- • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow
- • Strong facilitation and influencing skills
- • Experience with Utilization Management and TruCare Classic/TruCare Cloud (Care Central/Facets a plus)
