- • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including claims modernization, platform evolution, and operating model redesign for Alight Leave Solutions.
- • Translate executive strategy into outcome-driven programs focused on revenue growth, client expansion, and market differentiation.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to align roadmap priorities with business and go-to-market needs, ensuring initiatives are executed in market, not just planned.
- • Drive modernization of workflows, automation, data integration, and user experience across leave solutions, including implementation of AI-enabled capabilities.
- • Remove systemic blockers to improve speed, quality, and predictability of product and operational delivery.
- • Collaborate with Commercial and GTM leadership to ensure leave solutions are market-ready, differentiated, and scalable for broad client adoption.
- • Lead execution of new distribution partnerships, including worker’s compensation partners, and operationalize joint value propositions, integration models, and enablement frameworks.
- • Support evaluation, planning, and integration of strategic partnerships and inorganic growth opportunities such as acquisitions.
- • Ensure acquired capabilities are effectively embedded into the broader solution portfolio and GTM motion with clear alignment to financial and operational outcomes.
- • Partner with Client Success and GTM teams to improve client retention, expansion, and satisfaction by linking transformation initiatives to tangible client experience improvements.
- • Lead complex, multi-workstream programs with clear ownership, accountability, and lightweight governance to drive transparency and execution speed.
- • Provide regular executive updates on progress, risks, and business impact across all key initiatives.
- • Own success metrics including improved alignment between Product, Engineering, and Delivery; enhanced product-market fit; increased client satisfaction; reduced delivery friction; and launch of new distribution channels.
- • Operate as a bridge between strategy and execution across cross-functional teams including Corporate Development, Finance, and Operations.
- • Maintain strong executive presence and influence without direct authority to drive alignment and momentum across global teams.
- • Ensure all initiatives are executed in alignment with Alight’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equitable outcomes.
- • Adhere to Alight’s camera-on culture and be available for occasional travel to physical office locations as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across product, go-to-market, or operations
- • Proven track record executing enterprise-scale transformation and growth initiatives
- • Experience with partnerships, distribution models, or M&A integration strongly preferred
- • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority
- • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, insurance, or adjacent markets preferred
- • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results
