📋 Description
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients of a fast-growing podcast production and distribution service tailored to B2B service providers, ensuring end-to-end client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
- • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding strategic client objectives, translating them into actionable service steps, and customizing support to meet evolving needs.
- • Proactively identify potential issues, manage client expectations, and provide clear, structured communication to both internal teams and clients to ensure accountability and timely outcomes.
- • Utilize HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) to manage tasks, track automation workflows, and document all client interactions with precision and consistency.
- • Develop and maintain client-facing support materials including onboarding guides, walkthrough videos, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and email newsletters to enhance client self-sufficiency and engagement.
- • Lead the client onboarding process with clarity, structure, and visual aids to ensure clients achieve early success and confidence in the service.
- • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and feedback, flagging at-risk accounts and proposing data-informed solutions to improve retention and experience.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and strategy teams to align deliverables with client goals, timelines, and service standards.
- • Communicate respectfully but firmly with both internal team members and clients to uphold accountability, clarify responsibilities, and drive results.
- • Collect and curate client testimonials, document successful case outcomes, and build referral and advocacy pipelines to support business growth.
- • Maintain high standards of communication through written and verbal channels, ensuring a confident, positive, and professional tone in all client interactions.
- • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising service quality, responsiveness, or attention to detail.
- • Leverage digital tools and process automation (e.g., Slack, Calendly, Zapier) to streamline client engagement, internal workflows, and operational efficiency.
- • Engage confidently in video calls and client briefings, demonstrating an extroverted, naturally client-facing personality that fosters trust and rapport.
- • Stay informed about podcast production, content marketing, and B2B service dynamics to better support client needs and provide context-aware guidance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in customer experience, coaching, consulting, or account management
- • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or Go High Level, along with Slack, Calendly, and preferably Zapier
- • High comfort level with digital tools and process automation to enhance client engagement and internal efficiency
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising service quality
- • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a confident and positive tone
- • Proven attention to detail and structured, process-oriented thinking
