- • As Senior Director, Product Management for MarketScan at Merative, you will lead the strategy and execution for one of the most trusted real-world data assets in healthcare, driving innovation and impact across life sciences, government, and academic research.
- • You will define long-term product vision, manage investment tradeoffs, own end-to-end portfolio leadership, and advance delivery experiences including cloud access and AI-enabled tools to improve research usability and speed-to-insight.
- • You will partner with Engineering, Data Operations, Privacy/Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure data quality, scalability, and market alignment, while representing MarketScan externally in industry forums and customer engagements.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing product organization, establish operating cadences (OKRs, roadmap reviews), foster a culture of accountability and learning, and drive AI maturity into core product practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, data/analytics platforms, or adjacent domains, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- • Expert understanding of market needs, client pain points, key use cases of real-world data, and growth opportunities in healthcare.
- • Proven success leading complex product portfolios, ideally within real-world data, healthcare claims data, data platforms, analytics, or research solutions.
- • Strong understanding of healthcare data expectations and constraints including data quality, privacy, governance, de-identification, and operational controls.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner deeply with Engineering, Data Operations, and Governance teams to deliver scalable, reliable data products and customer experiences.
- • Track record of influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders and driving alignment across product, commercial, and operational priorities.
- • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, PhD, or related advanced degree preferred.
