- • Plan, implement, and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn for a global automotive client.
- • Ensure all campaigns are delivered within budget, aligned to agreed KPIs, and meet SLA requirements.
- • Drive continuous campaign optimisation across multiple international markets to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic adjustments.
- • Maintain high standards of campaign activation, QA, and reporting in accordance with global digital media guidelines.
- • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met across territories.
- • Maintain accurate financial tracking, budget management, and reporting for all Paid Social activities.
- • Stay current with platform developments, emerging trends, and new features across social media channels to identify client opportunities.
- • Contribute to testing frameworks, innovation projects, and learning agendas to advance campaign effectiveness across markets.
- • Collaborate closely with local PHD teams to ensure campaigns are locally relevant while aligned with global priorities.
- • Support knowledge sharing, training, and best practice adoption within the Paid Social team.
- • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture through active participation and communication.
- • Apply best practices in digital media planning and execution to ensure operational excellence and campaign quality.
- • Work within a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the London office, with flexibility to adjust start and end times around core hours of 10:30–16:30.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience managing Paid Social campaigns in an agency or client-facing environment.
- • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- • Experience working on global or multi-market campaigns.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
