📋 Description
- • We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of our health services platform.
- • In this role, you will work as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of valuable features.
- • The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with software development teams, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical implementation.
- • Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and user requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- • The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers throughout the product lifecycle, analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature prioritization, create and maintain business documentation, process flows, and specifications, validate delivered solutions against business requirements, facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, support testing activities by clarifying requirements and assisting with acceptance testing, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- • Experience working on software development projects.
- • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
