- • The P&C Programs Business Analyst is responsible for executing operational support for P&C Programs, providing technical and operational assistance to the P&C Programs team and MGU/Program Administrator Partners, ensuring programs have the resources to support MGA and program needs outside underwriting.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing operational requirements for assigned programs, leading due diligence for new program onboarding, maintaining master forms inventories, developing process manuals, supporting compliance and regulatory requirements, assisting with underwriting audits, representing P&C Programs in operational initiatives, leading Speed to Market and filing initiatives, managing data feed activities, and building relationships with Program Administrator personnel.
- • The role operates within Arch Investments Group Ltd, a company rooted in collaboration, expertise, and innovation, working closely with Product line leaders, Claims, Risk Services, Actuary, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT, Underwriting, CUO, and Business Development teams to achieve underwriting and operational objectives.
- • The Business Analyst will develop deep expertise in P&C program management, operational excellence, compliance, data feeds, and stakeholder collaboration, gaining the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, improve process efficiencies, and contribute to strategic underwriting outcomes while building strong internal and external partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Risk-management or a related field.
- • Minimum of 3 years of property and casualty underwriting insurance industry experience required; 5 years preferred.
- • Ability to travel up to 15% for external Program Administrator visits and internal meetings.
