• • Senior Project & Program Manager at TaxWell, Inc., a leading digital tax filing platform formed from the combination of Drake Software® and TaxAct®, responsible for driving creative operations across marketing, advertising, and product channels to ensure timely delivery of high-impact work.
• • Day to day, you will own creative intake and triage by serving as the primary point of contact for requests across paid social, CRM, product pages, and more; build and maintain project schedules; track work from kickoff to delivery; coordinate with designers, copywriters, channel owners, product, legal, and leadership; and improve workflows by refining templates, checklists, and approval processes.
