  • • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver impactful one-on-one and group coaching sessions. These sessions will be tailored to address specific needs, focusing on refining both verbal and written communication abilities. Through insightful evaluations, meticulous call reviews, and targeted written assessments, you will identify individual strengths and pinpoint areas ripe for development. This diagnostic approach allows for the creation of personalized coaching plans, meticulously designed to foster employee growth and drive tangible performance improvements. You will be adept at providing clear, constructive, and actionable feedback, empowering employees to articulate their thoughts more lucidly, conduct themselves more professionally, and engage with greater self-assurance.
  • • Beyond individual coaching, you will be a key architect of our soft skills training programs. This includes designing and delivering comprehensive training for newly onboarded employees, ensuring they hit the ground running with a strong foundation in professional communication. You will also lead engaging refresher training sessions for our existing workforce, reinforcing best practices and introducing new communication strategies. The development and continuous updating of training materials, interactive exercises, and clear communication guidelines will be a core part of your role, ensuring our resources remain relevant and effective.
  • • You will facilitate dynamic workshops covering a broad spectrum of essential communication topics. These will include mastering business writing, understanding and implementing email etiquette, cultivating a professional tone across all mediums, honing active listening skills to better understand client needs, developing effective client communication strategies, and navigating conflict resolution with grace and professionalism. Your expertise will equip our team with the tools to handle diverse communication scenarios with finesse.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves close collaboration with Team Leaders, Quality Assurance specialists, and Management. Together, you will identify communication gaps that may be hindering team performance and client relations. You will provide essential support for performance improvement plans, offering targeted communication training to those who need it most. Your insights will be invaluable in recommending enhancements to team communication standards and refining existing processes to foster a more cohesive and effective communication flow across the organization.
  • • You will contribute significantly to establishing and upholding the company's communication standards and best practices. This involves reviewing written communications, such as emails, reports, and client responses, to ensure they meet our high standards for professionalism, clarity, and brand consistency. Your guidance will also extend to assisting in the development of standardized communication templates and comprehensive guidelines that promote uniformity and excellence.
  • • To ensure accountability and continuous improvement, you will diligently track employee progress, providing detailed coaching reports to management. Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and key performance metrics will be essential. You will translate this data into actionable insights and recommendations, driving the evolution of our communication training initiatives.
