Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full project lifecycle—from initial brief and scoping through creative development, production, and post-campaign analysis—ensuring every milestone is met on time, on budget, and at the award-winning quality standards that earned FIRST its 2025 Most Innovative Marketing Agency and 2024 Top Agency of the Year accolades.
- • Translate complex client objectives into crystal-clear project plans, detailed timelines, risk registers, and resource forecasts, then rally multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, copywriters, motion artists, digital producers, and experiential architects around a shared vision.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders on both client and agency sides, running weekly steering committees, daily stand-ups, and executive read-outs that keep everyone aligned, energized, and confident in the path forward.
- • Drive agile workflows in a fully remote environment, leveraging best-in-class collaboration tools (Asana, Jira, Slack, Miro, Figma, Monday, Smartsheet) to maintain transparency, velocity, and creative momentum across time zones from New York to Singapore.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by instituting post-mortems, retrospectives, and data-driven optimization loops that turn lessons learned into repeatable playbooks and higher margins on future engagements.
- • Negotiate and manage third-party vendors, fabrication shops, A/V suppliers, and specialty freelancers—securing competitive bids, iron-clad SOWs, and on-site compliance that protects both creative integrity and financial performance.
- • Forecast revenue, burn rates, and utilization across multiple concurrent fixed-term contracts, flagging scope creep early and re-forecasting with finance partners to safeguard profitability.
- • Shepherd creative concepts through legal, regulatory, and brand compliance reviews—especially critical in highly regulated verticals like healthcare and financial services—while still pushing the creative envelope.
- • Mentor junior project managers and producers, instilling FIRST’s values of curiosity, craftsmanship, and client obsession, and building a bench of future leaders who can scale the agency’s explosive growth trajectory.
- • Contribute to new-business pitches by translating RFP requirements into compelling delivery approaches, risk mitigation strategies, and resource models that win multi-million-dollar programs.
- • Infuse every interaction with storytelling prowess—because at FIRST, building a brand starts with a story, and you are the narrator who ensures that story lands flawlessly in market.
