Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full lifecycle of identity and access management (IAM) tickets from intake to closure, ensuring every request—whether for new provisioning, role changes, or de-provisioning—is resolved within SLA and fully documented in Zendesk.
- • Execute weekly and monthly access audits across 180+ healthcare agencies’ systems, cross-referencing HRIS data, Active Directory, and clinical applications to certify that each user’s entitlements remain accurate, compliant, and least-privilege.
- • Triage and prioritize a dynamic backlog that can exceed 100 open tickets, applying risk-based logic to escalate high-impact or HIPAA-sensitive issues to senior system administrators while keeping stakeholders informed via clear, concise status updates.
- • Partner with IT support, compliance, and clinical operations teams to troubleshoot access anomalies—such as failed logins, role conflicts, or orphaned accounts—and implement corrective actions that protect patient data and maintain audit readiness.
- • Build and refine standard operating procedures, run-books, and knowledge-base articles that reduce ticket volume through self-service and automation, capturing lessons learned from each incident to continuously mature Pennant’s IAM program.
- • Maintain meticulous records of every access grant, modification, and removal in both Zendesk and secure audit repositories, ensuring evidence is readily available for internal reviews, SOC 2 examinations, and potential regulatory inspections.
- • Contribute to ad-hoc projects—such as role-mining exercises, certification campaigns, or integration testing for new SaaS tools—bringing fresh ideas that help the Service Center deliver world-class, centralized support to autonomous field leaders.
- • Champion Pennant’s CAPLICO values by approaching each interaction with empathy, curiosity, and a bias for action, turning routine IAM tasks into opportunities to demonstrate accountability and celebrate ownership across the organization.
