• • A key responsibility will be the monitoring of Target Market Determinations (TMDs), providing essential support for Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) governance.
• • This includes meticulously reviewing distribution data to identify trends and triggering necessary TMD reviews to ensure product suitability and consumer protection.
• • You will manage the regulatory breach register, a critical component for tracking and addressing any compliance deviations.
