• • You will be responsible for the comprehensive accounting and financial reporting functions for all managed assets within your assigned portfolio, ensuring that every financial transaction and report is accurate, reviewed, and delivered in a timely manner. • • This position demands a proactive approach, acting as a strategic partner to Property and Project Managers. You will collaborate closely with them on financial planning, operational strategies, and the resolution of complex financial issues, providing critical insights that drive informed decision-making.
• • A core aspect of this role is delivering exceptional, customer-centric service to both internal Coral stakeholders and external clients. You will be the primary point of contact for accounting and audit firms, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration during audits and financial reviews.
• • Mastery of our financial reporting software is essential. You will be responsible for the meticulous closing of accounting records within the computer system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• • Your duties will include the timely filing of monthly accounting reports for all properties under your purview. You will also be tasked with maintaining organized and complete accounting files, including paid bills, accounting reports, and bank reconciliation files, ensuring easy access and audit readiness.
• • A significant responsibility involves the general audit and cleanup of accounting records. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial record-keeping.
• • You will be responsible for the issuance of comprehensive monthly and year-end financial reporting packages for all properties and clients within your portfolio. These packages are vital for stakeholders to understand property performance and financial standing.
• • Participation in the annual operating and capital budget preparation for portfolio properties is a key function. You will work with management to develop realistic and strategic budgets that align with company goals.
• • Ensuring financial covenant loan compliance at the property level is a critical task, requiring a thorough understanding of loan agreements and diligent monitoring.
