📋 Description

• As the Senior Product Manager for Insurance (Core Product) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end quoting experience within the Jerry.ai app — the company’s flagship product and primary revenue driver. This role is critical to Jerry’s mission of simplifying car ownership by ensuring users receive accurate, low-cost insurance quotes in seconds, directly impacting customer satisfaction, conversion, and long-term retention.
• You will lead high-stakes carrier integrations, working directly with external insurance partners to onboard new products and expand marketplace coverage. Your technical depth will enable you to navigate complex API specifications, underwriting rules, and rating engines while ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.
• Day to day, you will: drive the full lifecycle of carrier integrations from scoping to launch; optimize quoting logic and eligibility rules to maximize quote volume and accuracy; monitor and improve quote success rates by diagnosing funnel drop-offs using analytics and UX insights; maintain data integrity of underwriting inputs to protect both user trust and loss ratio targets; and enforce performance benchmarks by keeping median quote latency between 5–15 seconds to deliver an "instant" user experience.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, insurance specialists, and external carrier teams, acting as the translator between technical constraints and business outcomes. Your ability to balance backend performance with frontend conversion metrics will be central to scaling Jerry’s marketplace advantage.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
• Proven ability to work with API documentation, rating logic, and backend systems to drive product outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with comfort diving into KPIs like Quote Success Rate, Conversion, and Loss Ratio
• Excellent communication skills to bridge engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners
• Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of leveraging technology to improve customer experiences
