- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and seamless communication throughout the process.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions and maintain process consistency.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment workflows.
- • Contribute to recruiting projects aimed at improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
- • Assist in optimizing recruitment operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to keep hiring moving at pace.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate expectations.
- • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including offer letter coordination, background check coordination, and onboarding preparation.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple open roles and competing priorities with precision and reliability.
- • Embrace a learning-oriented mindset by actively seeking feedback and applying it to improve sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and candidate interactions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
