📋 Description

• As the Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Growth at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the end-to-end ownership of the insurance quoting experience within the Jerry.ai super app, directly impacting how millions of users shop for car insurance by ensuring fast, accurate, and competitive quotes are delivered in seconds.
• You will drive strategic carrier integrations, optimize marketplace performance through backend logic and eligibility rules, own the end-user funnel by diagnosing drop-offs and implementing UX and technical improvements, safeguard data integrity in underwriting inputs, and maintain industry-leading quote latency of 5–15 seconds to preserve Jerry’s competitive edge in a high-stakes, AI-powered insurance marketplace.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical product management, API-driven integrations, insurance underwriting mechanics, and marketplace optimization, gaining visibility into high-impact decisions that directly affect conversion, quote success rates, loss ratios, and customer satisfaction — positioning you as a leader in AI-enabled fintech and insurtech innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics with a proven ability to manage complex backend integrations and API-driven systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with comfort diving into KPIs such as Quote Success Rate, Conversion, and Loss Ratio to inform product decisions and optimize marketplace performance.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging engineering, insurance domain experts, and external partners to translate technical constraints into actionable product strategies.
• Deep understanding of how technical performance (latency, accuracy, eligibility rules) influences consumer behavior and conversion in a marketplace context.
• Passion for AI and automation, with experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and a desire to leverage AI at scale for personalized customer experiences.
• Extreme attention to detail and comfort navigating API documentation, rating logic, and underwriting inputs to ensure data integrity and pricing accuracy.
