• • As a Lead Product Manager at Tide Platform Limited, you will drive key product domains from conception to implementation and beyond, focusing on Member Accession Marketing to attract, onboard, and retain small businesses across global markets.
• • You will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for your product area, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Data Analysts, and Product Marketing, and mentor junior product managers while championing agile practices and customer-centric decision-making.
• • You will join the Member Accession Marketing (MAM) Business Area, a mission-driven team focused on helping entrepreneurs discover Tide, join seamlessly, and adopt valuable products, operating within a fast-growing fintech scale-up serving over 1.8 million SME members globally.
• • You will have the opportunity to shape scalable acquisition journeys across UK, India, and Germany, drive product discovery using qualitative and quantitative insights, and grow as a leader by influencing strategy, advocating for customer needs, and contributing to team development in a diverse, inclusive environment.
