📋 Description

• Track and analyze cyber threats, adversary campaigns, and evolving tradecraft using raw intelligence, prior reports, and large datasets to identify tactical and strategic trends.
• Research and report on adversary infrastructure using both open-source and proprietary tools to map malicious networks and operational patterns.
• Collect, collate, and document tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) employed by targeted intrusion threat actors to support customer intelligence products.
• Synthesize malware reverse engineering findings and geopolitical intelligence to build comprehensive profiles of adversary behavior and motivations.
• Produce finished intelligence reports of varying depth and urgency for internal stakeholders and CrowdStrike customers, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within CrowdStrike Intelligence to coordinate adversary tracking, share insights, and align on campaign priorities.
• Prioritize, categorize, and respond to intelligence requests from internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of actionable information.
• Apply analytic tradecraft to transform raw data into structured, actionable intelligence products that inform security decisions and threat mitigation strategies.
• Work remotely full-time during standard business hours (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) from any location within the United States.
• Participate in a structured 12-week internship program running from July 2026 to September 2026, with no required travel.
• Have the option to work from a CrowdStrike office nearest to your remote location for up to two weeks during the internship period.
• Engage in a remote-first environment requiring strong self-organization, communication, and independent work discipline.
• Contribute to mission-critical cybersecurity operations that directly protect CrowdStrike’s global customer base from advanced threats.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year university with at least two years completed by July 2026, targeting a Bachelor’s degree graduation in 2028.
• Practical knowledge of research and collection tradecraft, including regular use of malware repositories, network infrastructure trackers, malware sandboxes, and webpage scanners.
• Working understanding of network principles and technical cybersecurity terminology.
• Strong knowledge of the targeted intrusion threat landscape and interest in tracking adversary tradecraft.
• Ability to produce high-quality intelligence reports on short deadlines while maintaining long-term strategic analysis.
• Strong organization and communication skills with proven ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment.
